Shopping Information
1. How can I place an order?
 Ordering from Laura Clothing is easy! Simply browse our website https://lauraclothing.com, select the nighties you like, choose your size, and add them to your cart. When you're ready, click on the cart icon and follow the checkout process to complete your order.
2. How long will it take to process my order?
We dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving it on normal working days. Usually if you place the order before 11:59 pm today, we dispatch the product tomorrow.
3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time may vary depending on your location. Typically, we strive to deliver your order within 5-7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
4. What are the shipping options available ?
 There are Three Shipping Modes:
1. India Post: This is our standard shipping option. Your order will be delivered within the estimated delivery time frame. Free Shipping available on this prepaid option.
2. Delhivery courier: If you need your order more quickly, you can choose Delhivery Courier, Shipping Charges May Apply
3. Cash On Delivery Through India Post: In this option you can choose COD option through India Post, COD charges May Apply

6. How do I use the perfect size and style recommendation ?
 A size chart is provided in the website, along with product description. Please refer the chart to find out your exact size.Â

Payment Information
1. What payment options do you accept?
We accept various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and UPI. You can choose the payment method that is most convenient for you during the checkout process.
2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available as a payment option?
 Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient payment option for your orders. During checkout, you can choose this payment method, and you'll have the flexibility to pay for your order when it's delivered to your doorstep. Please be aware that there will be an additional COD charge of Rs 100 for each Cash on Delivery order. This charge is imposed by our courier partner for providing this extra service.

After Purchase
1. Can I track my order?
Yes, you can track your order using the tracking information provided in your shipment confirmation Email & Whatsapp. Simply click on the provided link or enter the tracking number on our website to check the status of your shipment. Track Order

Exchange & Return
1. Can I exchange my order if it’s not the right fit?
 If you receive a product in a size different from what you originally ordered, you are eligible to request a free exchange. However, it's important to note that this policy does not apply if you ordered the wrong size and subsequently find that the received product of that size does not fit.
For example, if you ordered a Free size and receive a Free size product that doesn't fit as expected, we regret that we cannot accommodate a free exchange. However, if you ordered a Free size and received a Plus size product, you are entitled to request a free exchange. Our commitment is to rectify any errors made on our part, and in such cases, we will provide a free exchange.
Please be aware that in the event of an exchange, we may not be able to guarantee the availability of the exact same product you initially ordered.
2. How can I cancel my order?
We are not providing order cancellation on prepaid orders, if you have placed a COD order, you can ask for cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch we cant provide cancellation.
3. Do you provide order cancellation due to change of mind?
Sorry! we can't offer order cancellation on change of mind.
