CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY
General Cancellation And Return Policy :
At Laura Clothing, we strive to provide you with the best quality products and customer service. However, due to pandemic restrictions and strict health and safety guidelines of our company for public health concerns, products cannot be returned or refunded.
We will not accept any product returns due to a change of mind as long as the received product is not found to be defective on arrival. However, if the product received is found to have damage the customer can ask for an exchange.
If you receive a product in a size different from what you originally ordered, you are eligible to request a free exchange. However, it's important to note that this policy does not apply if you ordered the wrong size and subsequently find that the received product of that size does not fit.
For example, if you ordered a Free size and receive a Free size product that doesn't fit as expected, we regret that we cannot accommodate a free exchange. However, if you ordered a Free size and received a Plus size product, you are entitled to request a free exchange. Our commitment is to rectify any errors made on our part, and in such cases, we will provide a free exchange.
Please be aware that in the event of an exchange, we may not be able to guarantee the availability of the exact same product you initially ordered.
In such cases, in order to be eligible for an exchange, the customer has to return the purchased product within two days of the purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it in. The customer should produce un edited unboxing video of the product, as a proof for damage. Once the returned products are received and accepted, exchanges will be processed at the earliest, and we will notify you once this has been completed.
