EXCHANGE POLICY

General Return Policy: 

Due to the pandemic restrictions and strict health and safety guidelines of our company for public health concerns, products cannot be returned or refunded under normal conditions. However, if the product received is found to have damage or of incorrect size,the customer can ask for an exchange.


Eligibility For Exchange: 

If the product received is found to have damage or of incorrect size, the customer can ask for an exchange.


Size Exchange Policy: 

If you receive a product in a size different from what you originally ordered, you are eligible to request a free exchange. However, it's important to note that this policy does not apply if you ordered the wrong size and subsequently find that the received product of that size does not fit.

For example, if you ordered a Free size and receive a Free size product that doesn't fit as expected, we regret that we cannot accommodate a free exchange. However, if you ordered a Free size and received a Plus size product, you are entitled to request a free exchange. Our commitment is to rectify any errors made on our part, and in such cases, we will provide a free exchange.

Please be aware that in the event of an exchange, we may not be able to guarantee the availability of the exact same product you initially ordered.

If the product received is found to have damage or of incorrect size, the customer can ask for an exchange through Whatsapp Number  +91 7306 821 874. However, the return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.

 

Timeframe For Exchange: 

In order to be eligible for an exchange, you have to return the purchased product within two days after delivery.


Condition Of The Product: 

The returned product must be in the same condition that you received it in.


Proof Of Receiving The Damaged Product : 

When a customer requests an exchange due to receiving a damaged product, they are required to provide proper evidence of having received the damaged product.This include an unedited unboxing video of the product.


Processing Of Exchanges: 

Once the returned products are received and accepted, exchanges will be processed at the earliest, and we will notify you once this has been completed.

Return Shipping Charges: 

For Size Issues,  return shipping charges have to be paid by the customer.

In case of receiving damaged products, the return shipping charges will be borne by Laura Clothing.
