Wash instructions
You can choose to either hand wash this nighty or machine wash it with cold water. Ensure that you dry the nighty in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight. It's recommended to hand wash it with cold water for the first wash.

Currently, we offer three shipping options for our customers to choose from:

  1. India Post
  2. Delhivery
  3. Cash On Delivery (COD) - through India Post

Please note that the shipping time may vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping option.

Dispatch Time

Once we receive your order, we will process it within 1-2 business days and dispatch it from our production centres or warehouses. From there, the delivery time will depend on the shipping option you have chosen and your location. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided by the respective courier partners.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

Change Of Delivery Address

For a change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

P.O. Box Shipping

Ovok India Business Solutions will not ship to P.O. box addresses. 

Military Address Shipping
We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. information will be addressed by email or WhatsApp message accordingly.

Transit Time

In general, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days

Delivery Time Exceeded

If the delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. 

Shipping rates:

We offer free shipping for all orders within India. However, for customers who prefer to pay by cash on delivery (COD), we charge an additional fee of Rs. 100 per order. This fee is charged by our courier partners for providing this service, and we pass it on to our customers.

Order tracking:

The status of dispatched products can be tracked through our website. Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a link to track your order on the courier partner's website. You can also track your order on our website under the 'Track Order' section.

Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
